The palletizing robot is aviable in multiple configurations. Through our Tech and Electronics lab we devise the best solution for our coustomers, making use of the two best features these systems have to offer: their flexibility and reduced space. The robot is able to attend to multiple product lines, displace, manipulate and palletize different types of products, of different ranges and sizes.

Standar installation
Once the robot arrives at our client's premesis it takes very little time to have it up and running. Once installed, it is very easy to use: the user only has to place the palet in place and activate the system. The robot will start receptioning the products and placing them automatically on their respective palet, until it finishes. When the procedure is done, the robot goes into a stand by mode, until the user activates it again.

Fully automatic installation
This type of set up is adequate for fully automatic production lines. It includes the automatic palet loader, the motorized palletizing station and the conveyor system. The system is synchronized with the rest of the line so if there is a problem anywhere along the production line the whole system goes into stand by mode until it is reactivated. The product is received automatically and placed onto palets. Once a palet is finished, it is automatically evacuated and ready to be taken into the storage area.
