The PA-CMF were designed to palletize the most difficult to handle bagged products: micronized products and those which, once bagged, tend to be unstable when on top of a palet.

Thanks to their modular design, the PA-CMF palletizers are more adaptable to regular production lines than other similar equipments.

How does it work?
The system recieves the bags through a conveyor line. The bag is positioned, using a claw, and placed onto the palletising area. Once the layer is finished the bags are released onto the palet, placed on an elevator. As the layers are completed and placed, the palet is lowered and evacuated automatically. In the mean time, the automatic palet loader places another palet onto the elevator, and the conveyor belt keeps placing bags on the palletizing area, saving time.

Though it is compatible with different types of bagged products, the PA-CMF palletizers are the best option if your bagged product are difficult to handle.
